Congratulations to Holly Watson, class of 2023, whose lacrosse career has officially been cemented in the MHSAA Girls Lacrosse Record Book!

Watson's goalie career is truly one for the record books seeing as she is listed on the site a total of 18 times, while having only played three full seasons due to COVID.

Her listed appearances are for Most Saves in a Game, Most Saves in a Season, and Most Saves in a Career. For Most Saves in a Game, Watson is tied for 3rd all-time at a total of 27 saves. She has earned a spot on that list 14 times. For Most Saves in a Season, she is 6th all-time with a total of 194 saves, with three total appearances on the list for that category. And lastly, for Most Saves in a Career, Watson has recorded 545 saves which puts her at 2nd all-time. Again, this specific statistic is most impressive given that this was achieved through only 42 games. 

On behalf of the Regina Athletic Department and the Lacrosse Program, we are extremely proud of Holly and everything she has achieved both on and off the field in her career at Regina. We know she will continue to accomplish great things as she studies at Wayne State University.
