Sierra Liggins '25 and Victoria Millett '25 have been named Regina Athletes of the Month after their successful 2022 Swim & Dive Seasons. 

Liggins qualified in the 100 breaststroke for states early on in the season at the Macomb County Championship. She was also a member of the medley relay that medaled at the county meet, placing 4th out of 16. Liggins is only a sophomore and has qualified for the MHSAA State Finals both years of her high school career. She was congratulated at the Macomb County All-County Banquet on Nov. 30, where she was named to the 1st Team All County in the 100 breaststroke. 

Millett is Regina's sole diver and had both strong CHSL and regular season performances. Millett placed 3rd at the CHSL Diving Finals. She then went on to MHSAA Regionals where she placed 8th out of 21 and qualified for the MHSAA Finals. She was congratulated at the Macomb County All-County Banquet on Nov. 30, where she was named to the 2nd Team All County for diving.
